The inaugural Wicked Wings Brewfest is coming to Liberty, New York, on October 18, 2025. This outdoor wings and brew festival will feature multiple varieties of wings, live music, and beer, as well as a diversity of other service and product vendors. We expect 1000+ attendees in the first year.

What makes this festival unique is that Wicked Wings includes continuous wing sampling as well as continuous beer sampling for our guests.

This event is co-produced by Great Events USA and the Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association. Vendors are limited at the producers’ discretion.

 FESTIVAL FEATURES:

  • Exclusive new Wings and Brew festival in southern New York that will be marketed from Albany to Newark/NYC plus eastern Pennsylvania

  • Live music during the event

  • Vendors will be prominently displayed within the event space; fees depend on site size and inclusions

  • In addition to Event Fee, vendors must obtain appropriate state & county permits/licenses

FESTIVAL DATES & HOURS

Schedule:

o   October 17 (FRI) – Wing Cook Team Arrival / Event Setup / Wings Delivery to Cooks

o   October 18 (SAT) – EVENT

  • 7:00am - 11:00am – Brewery, Vendor, Sponsor Arrival and Setup

  • 12:00pm – VIP Entry [4.5 hours drinking time]

  • 12:30pm – GA Entry [4 hours drinking time]

  • 4:30pm – Last Call

  • 5:00pm – Event Ends

  • 5:30pm - 11:00pm – Event Cleanup, Teardown & Departure


Estimated Attendance

2025 will be the inaugural Wicked Wings Brewfest, but based on attendance at previous regional brew festivals such as Tap New York, we anticipate 1000+ attendees.

  • Non-Wing Food Vendor – 30’ wide x 20’ deep, 30 amp 120 volt $300

  • Dessert / Sides – 30’ wide x 20’ deep, 30 amp 120 volt $300

Premium Sites – Bare Site including 20 amp 120 volt Electric Hook-up, located along main entrance/exit

  • 20’ x 20’ $275

  • 10’ x 10’ $225

Standard Sites – Bare Site WITHOUT Electric Hook-up
